Draft prepared 11 October 2026No effective date assigned
Draft for review · not an effective policy

This complete draft is available so you can read how the service and its proposed commitments are described. It includes both current practices and plans that are not yet implemented. Any feature marked planned, proposed, or not operational is not available as a live commitment. This page is not an approved contract or final Privacy Policy for Google OAuth verification.

Questions or privacy requests: support@avenzers.tech

1. Respect for Others and Their Rights

Do not use the Service to threaten, intimidate, harass, stalk, dox, exploit, or impersonate people; facilitate fraud; or disclose private or confidential information without lawful authorization. Do not send unwanted bulk messages, misleading invitations, or repeated unwanted contacts. Where reporting and blocking features are available, use them responsibly.

2. Lawful Content and Intellectual Property

Do not upload, distribute, or link to material you lack rights to share, including unauthorized copyrighted material, stolen data, trade secrets, or unlawfully obtained personal information. Do not create or distribute material whose possession, creation, or distribution is unlawful, including child sexual abuse material. Do not use the Service to facilitate illegal trade, exploitation, financial fraud, or other unlawful conduct.

3. Security and Unauthorized Access

Do not:

  • gain, attempt to gain, or facilitate access to another person's accounts, files, sessions, channels, or workspaces without authorization;
  • harvest credentials, tokens, private keys, email addresses, or personal data;
  • distribute malicious files, phishing pages, spyware, ransomware, worms, or other malware;
  • probe, exploit, or overload the Service or connected infrastructure without written authorization;
  • bypass permissions, authentication, rate limits, quotas, security checks, or provider restrictions;
  • automate scraping or access in ways that compromise privacy, availability, or security;
  • use connected Google Drive or storage-provider integrations for prohibited bulk distribution, CDN-style redistribution, quota circumvention, or provider-policy violations.

Legitimate security research must follow a separately published coordinated-disclosure process if one exists; this AUP does not authorize penetration testing.

4. Storage and Resource Abuse

Do not use managed or connected storage to evade contractual or technical limits, operate abusive download distribution, run cryptocurrency mining, flood message or file services, repeatedly upload prohibited content, or impersonate unrelated storage owners. Maximum file sizes, available capacity, rate limits, and transfer constraints are determined by the real service and connected providers; no unlimited service is offered.

5. Workspaces, Channels, and Messaging

Workspace and channel administrators must respect account permissions and applicable law. Membership does not automatically grant access to every file. Do not misuse moderation controls, manipulate other users' identities, send spam or deceptive invitations, or circumvent blocks. Content in restricted workspaces is not automatically public, but users should assume authorized recipients can save copies of information they legitimately receive.

6. Connected Providers

When connecting Google Drive or another provider, you represent that you control the account or are authorized to connect it. Comply with that provider's policies and license terms. Do not connect accounts owned by others without authorization. The Service may decline an operation that the provider does not support or permit.

7. Reporting, Review, and Enforcement

Report suspected abuse to support@avenzers.tech, including links, dates, relevant account identifiers, and a clear description where safe to provide. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens.

Depending on the evidence, severity, and law, the operator may warn, restrict features, suspend access, preserve necessary evidence, remove access to particular content, cooperate with valid legal requests, or terminate accounts. Decisions should be documented, proportionate, and subject to an appropriate review or appeal route when required by law.

8. Updates

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves and will communicate material changes where required. The public version will display an effective date after final approval, and support@avenzers.tech must be checked for delivery.
