1. General Refund Rule
Once paid billing launches, subscription payments are intended to be generally non-refundable. This includes prepaid time remaining after a voluntary cancellation. However, this policy never limits mandatory refunds, withdrawal rights, remedies or other consumer protections that applicable law grants; a signed Enterprise agreement may also grant additional rights.
2. Refund Exceptions and Reviews
We will assess eligibility for a refund or another legally appropriate remedy in cases including:
- Duplicate charges for the same authorized transaction;
- Billing errors, incorrect charge amounts or transactions the user reasonably disputes as unauthorized, subject to identity verification and relevant banking processes;
- Qualifying service failures, taking account of severity, duration, plan obligations and applicable law;
- Any circumstance where applicable law or an agreed written contract requires a refund, credit or other remedy.
A request alone is not an automatic approval; neither may an internal "no refunds" rule override non-waivable legal remedies. Where refunds are required, the process, payment route and timing must comply with applicable law and the selected processor's procedures.
3. User-Requested Cancellation
Cancellation of an active Paid Plan takes effect immediately, removes premium entitlements and places the account on the Free Plan. This is a material term that must appear before checkout and in cancellation confirmation, especially for prepaid yearly plans. If automatic renewal was chosen, future renewal authorization must be stopped when cancellation is processed. If manual renewal was chosen, no future automatic charge exists.
User-owned managed files will not be erased merely because the Paid Plan is cancelled. Above-quota files remain viewable/downloadable/deletable while further uploads are blocked. External-storage provider integration becomes suspended; original provider files are untouched.
4. Unsuccessful Renewal Is Different
When an automatic renewal payment fails, rather than the user choosing cancellation, the paid plan retains applicable privileges for an intended 7-day grace period. If payment remains unsuccessful, Free Plan downgrade follows. This is not a promise that a declined/unauthorized payment will be completed without fresh consent where law requires it.
5. How to Request Help
Email support@avenzers.tech with the account email, purchase date, currency, transaction identifier, amount charged and a brief description. Do not send a full card number, PIN, password, authentication token or banking credentials. We may ask for reasonable verification. Any time limit on making a claim, investigation turnaround, refund channel and processing schedule must comply with applicable law and the chosen payment provider; none is invented here before processor selection.
6. Enterprise Purchases, Consumer Rights and Disputes
Executed Enterprise order forms may govern cancellation, invoice adjustments, credits, minimum commitments and service-level remedies for that customer, subject to mandatory law. Users retain statutory rights under mandatory consumer rules applicable to their residence notwithstanding Bangladesh governing law. Questions may be raised first by support email without depriving users of statutory dispute channels.
7. Not Yet Live
The payment provider is unselected and paid checkout/refund automation is not represented as operational. Publish this policy and accurately disclosed checkout terms only after financial, jurisdictional and operational review.
