1. Plans and Entitlements
- Free Plan: Available with its displayed, enforceable managed-storage and feature quotas.
- Monthly Paid Plan: Renewed or repurchased for a monthly period according to the selected renewal option.
- Yearly Paid Plan: Renewed or repurchased for a yearly period according to the selected renewal option.
- Custom Enterprise Agreement: Negotiated pricing, service scope, billing frequency, limits and lawful contract terms, documented in an accepted order form or signed agreement.
We will show the actual price, duration, eligible features, limits, taxes/fees and applicable conditions before a charge. Advertised promotional offers apply only according to their displayed eligibility and conditions. No automatic trial, discount or price amount is promised by this draft.
2. Currencies, Taxes and Payment Providers
The business intends country-aware multi-currency pricing, constrained by the actual merchant account and payment processor's supported currencies and regions. The selected payment provider, settlement location, card/alternative payment support and fees remain undecided. No currency, country or payment method should be advertised as accepted until verified.
At checkout, display the amount actually payable, currency, billing schedule, any included or additional taxes and any known processor charges. Currency conversion and bank-imposed charges may be set by financial institutions and should not be misrepresented as fixed by AVENZERS. Invoices and tax treatment must meet laws applicable to the operator and buyer. Payment-card details should be handled by a compliant payment provider selected and disclosed before launch; do not assume AVENZERS hosts card vaults.
3. Renewal Method Chosen at Checkout
At the time of purchase, a user may select automatic renewal or manual renewal where supported:
- Automatic: The user expressly authorizes recurring charges at the disclosed price, currency and billing interval. Renewal may proceed only under valid payment authorization, with any legally required notices or renewed consent. The user can cancel future renewals.
- Manual: No recurring charge is authorized. The plan continues for its purchased period and expires/downgrades unless the user makes a new affirmative purchase.
- Enterprise payment schedules are governed by the executed enterprise order form rather than silently adopting personal-plan defaults.
4. Voluntary Cancellation
Under the owner-selected model, cancelling a currently active Paid Plan causes immediate downgrade to Free, including immediate loss of paid-only features. This is deliberately different from the common end-of-period cancellation model and must be clearly disclosed at checkout, in account settings and at cancellation confirmation.
Cancel the authority for future auto-renewal charges when a valid cancellation is processed. There is generally no refund or proration for unused prepaid time, except applicable law, verified duplicate charges, billing mistakes, qualifying service failures or written contract commitments. Do not implement an unlawful forfeiture or hide non-waivable withdrawal/cooling-off rights.
5. Failed Automatic Renewal and Payment Grace
If an automatic renewal attempt fails, the user receives an intended 7-day grace period, retaining the paid plan's eligible privileges during that time. The application can inform the user and allow payment retry or payment-method update. If still unpaid after seven days, downgrade to Free, stop paid-only integration calls and enforce the Free quota without destroying files. Any collection/retry behavior and user notices must be shown accurately, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.
This grace period applies to involuntary payment failure, not voluntary cancellation.
6. Storage on Downgrade
On any Paid-to-Free downgrade:
- Existing personally owned AVENZERS-managed files are preserved while the account stays active, even above the Free quota.
- Users may view, download and delete these managed files.
- Block new managed-storage uploads while the user exceeds the actual Free quota. Do not automatically erase existing files to enforce a quota.
- External storage integration is paid-only. Google Drive/other supported provider operations through AVENZERS are suspended on Free. Preserve encrypted connection credentials associated with the active account, without accessing provider files while suspended. Re-upgrade may restore integration only after verifying valid provider authorization, file availability and access permissions.
- Formerly shared external-file message and attachment references stay in conversations but AVENZERS previews/downloads become unavailable until valid restoration. Native provider files remain untouched.
Separately, verified account deletion removes personally owned managed files under the Data Deletion Policy; the above preservation rule does not supersede deletion or legal orders.
7. Price Changes and Plan Changes
For material price changes affecting later renewals, the operator intends at least 30 days' advance notice and must obtain renewed authorization or allow cancellation when the law requires it. Material changes to Terms generally receive 30 days' notice unless urgent legal/security reasons necessitate earlier action. Users must be told when a requested upgrade/change alters current pricing or access.
8. Disputes and Help
Send billing problems, unauthorized charges, duplicate payments, cancellation difficulties or refund requests to support@avenzers.tech, including a receipt/reference without sending complete card numbers, passwords or private payment credentials. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Statutory rights and mandatory payment dispute rights remain intact.
9. Launch and Enforcement Gate
Before offering paid plans, verify the gateway/merchant authorization for Bangladesh, tax/invoice duties, multi-currency settlement, informed renewal consent, subscription lifecycle jobs, retries/grace period, refunds, quota enforcement, Drive suspension and restoration, cancellation notices and cross-border consumer protections. Until verified, this is a documented business model, not an active billing promise. The applicable published Terms and any signed Enterprise order form control actual purchases.
