Draft for review · not an effective policy

This complete draft is available so you can read how the service and its proposed commitments are described. It includes both current practices and plans that are not yet implemented. 1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small pieces of information that websites may store through a browser. Local storage, session storage, and similar technologies can remember an application state or setting. A cookie may be first-party (set by the site you visit) or associated with a provider used for login or other integrated features.

2. Essential Session and Security Functions

AVENZERS Cloud uses Supabase-based authentication. Depending on the deployment and authentication configuration, cookies and/or browser storage may support sign-in sessions, secure callback handling, and protection against unauthorized account access. Removing essential session information can cause you to be signed out or prevent login.

The exact cookie names, providers, lifetimes, and SameSite/Secure attributes must be inventoried against the live production build before this document is published as final.

3. Preferences and Appearance

The application may store a selected light, dark, or system appearance setting in your browser so the interface can restore it on future visits. This information supports a requested convenience feature and does not, by itself, identify a user's stored files.

Other optional saved preferences must be disclosed if and when implemented.

4. Connected Services

If you choose Google Sign-In or Google Drive authorization, you may visit Google's own authentication pages. Google may use cookies under its own policies. AVENZERS Cloud's use of a third-party account does not mean that we are authorized to read unrelated Google browsing data.

If a supported payment processor, analytics provider, embedded media provider, or customer-support tool is introduced later, the operators must review and update this Policy and implement required consent controls before enabling optional tracking.

5. Optional Analytics and Advertising

No specific analytics, advertising, or tracking provider has been verified for the current deployment. The current set of optional cookies has not been confirmed. This draft does not identify every cookie, script, or browser-storage item used in production.

Non-essential analytics/marketing technologies will not be enabled without required consent or another applicable lawful basis. Optional promotional emails will include appropriate opt-out controls; essential authentication cannot be conditioned on advertising consent. Any optional measurement or marketing technology must be described accurately, and opt-in/opt-out controls must be implemented where applicable law requires them. Essential authentication should not depend on accepting optional marketing cookies.

6. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage

You may usually control or remove cookies and site data through browser settings. Clearing session data may sign you out; clearing appearance preferences may reset your theme. Google's separate account and consent controls apply to its own products.

A consent-management or cookie-settings panel should be provided when the deployed tracking technologies and applicable law require one. Do not present a nonfunctional consent toggle as an active privacy control.

7. Updates and Contact

We may update this Policy when storage technologies or legal requirements change. Material updates will be handled as required by law.
